Current Vacancies:

Part-time office administrator  – 10hrs per week –  £12.50ph – 12month fixed term contract

The Role:

  • Answering telephone calls, sending/responding to emails and updating social media/Website
  • Assisting with learner enrolment and registration for courses
  • Booking and arranging meetings, training and mentoring sessions
  • Minute taking
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and office equipment
  • Printing, photocopying and scanning
  • Collating feedback
  • Being the first point of contact for learners
  • Support with financial reporting

Required Skills:

  • Experience of working in administrative setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and people skills
  • Competence with I.T. systems (especially Microsoft office)
  • The ability to work independently
  • An understanding of and commitment to promoting equality and diversity
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the business needs

Desirable skills:

  • Ability to speak a second language – especially Arabic or Somali
